Wireless Mouse FAQ

The sync process is very easy if you follow the steps below completely.
1.) Plug the USB receiver into an open USB port on your computer.
2.) Insert the 2xAAA batteries into the mouse and replace the cover.
3.) Press and hold the USB receiver sync button for 1 second. (The green light will begin to flash)
4.) Press and hold the mouse sync button for 1 second. [located at the bottom of the mouse]
5.) If your mouse moves the cursor on your screen then the mouse in now synched.
6.) If not, please go back to step 1 and repeat.

Your mouse will work or your Mac or PC. If you are using Windows 95 you may need to restart your computer with the USB receiver plugged-in,

Like most things, battery life depends on use. However, your mouse batteries should last anywhere from 3 – 4 months. Your mouse has a built in battery saving device that will turn off the mouse during long idle periods. To “wake-up” your mouse, simple push the sync button on the bottom of the mouse.

With all optical mice, the surface that the mouse sits on is quite important. Please use a mouse pad if you computer sits on a glass, reflective or uneven surface. Also, the mouse movement can become somewhat jittery when the batteries begin to run low. Another possible cause is the mouse is located to far from the USB receiver or their are large obstacles blocking the wireless signal. Please try moving the mouse closer to the USB receiver and removing the obstacles. The mouse’s workable range is under 6 feet away from the USB receiver.

Your mouse has a built-in battery saving device that turns the mouse off during long idle periods. To wake the mouse back-up, simply click the left button, and your mouse will begin working again.
